By clicking the “I Accept Terms & Conditions” button displayed as part of the ordering process, or by downloading, installing, using, accessing, copying or running the products, you agree on behalf of the entity (“Customer” or “You”) that is evaluating the products that: (1) You agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form the Agreement between You and Zenoss Inc. (“Agreement”) and such Terms & Conditions govern the Customer’s evaluation of the products and form a legal Agreement between the Customer and Zenoss Inc. (“Zenoss” or “Us”); and, (2) That you have authority to bind the Customer. Please read this Agreement carefully.
